This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Site and the services offered under the trade name "Naiara AI" ("the Service"). Accessing the Site and using the Service makes you a user and implies full acceptance of the terms in this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

Access to the Site is free of charge, except for the cost of the telecommunications connection supplied by the user's own access provider. Use of certain features (image restoration, purchase of credit packs) requires creating a user account and, where applicable, paying the corresponding price under the Terms and Conditions.

The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, generally accepted morals and good customs, and public order.

All content on the Site (text, images, design, source code, logos, and the trade name "Naiara AI") belongs to Marc Granell Beltrán or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of this content without express authorisation is prohibited.

Regarding photos uploaded by the user and the results generated: the user retains ownership of the photos they upload to the Site. To provide the Service, the user grants the owner a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process those photos solely to generate the requested result. The owner does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free access to the Site, nor that it will always be up to date. The owner is not liable for damages arising from unavailability or interruption of the Site, or from improper use of it by the user, including, without limitation, uploading photos of third parties without their consent.

The Site uses third-party services (payment processing, sign-in, AI image processing) whose own terms and privacy policies are outside the owner's control. Users are advised to review them directly on the relevant sites.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site shall be submitted to the Courts of Valencia (Spain), except where mandatory consumer-protection rules establish a different jurisdiction.

The owner reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any changes deemed appropriate to the Site, including changing, removing or adding content and services, or the way they are presented or located.
